Weclome to another fun-filled edition of STATS(tm) - The Game....LOL.

I enjoy tracking my stats and how I am doing toward my goals. It makes insubstantial things substantial, and gives me an opportunity to encourage others.

OK, Let's get into today's stats. :)

My Goals and Results

HIVE
GOAL: 2500
Percent to goal: 10.3%
Yesterday: 248.8
Today: 259.8

I gained 11 Hive today, so I am quite happy with that. Slow and Steady towards 2500. :)

CTP
GOAL: 25,000 CTP
Percent to goal: 38.4%
Yesterday: 9536
Today: 9598

This continues to increase daily, especially since I've been contributing to the blockchain daily. (I recently received the weekly badge on hivebuzz.me for accomplishing this. I was happy with my results.)

DJOTD (Dad Joke of the Day Videos)
GOAL: 250
Percent to Goal: 26%
Yesterday: 64
Today: 65

My son and I recorded our 65th dad joke of the day video.

I am still working on my #DoNOTBreakTheChain for today

I don't believe in 'canned' emails. It seems fake and counterintuitive to what win's peoples' hearts.

If I've heard over and over that people buy from those they 'know, like, and trust', then how will people know and trust me if I use canned emails that someone else wrote?

Therefore I am writing my own. This has proven to be difficult. Not because I am a bad writer, but because it's hard to get motivated about writing emails, in my opinion. I'd much rather write a blog post than an email.

Partially I think this is due to the format, but I could be wrong. For whatever reason, until recently I have not had a lot of energy when it comes to writing emails.

Not any longer. :) I've started using my own hashtag of #doNOTbreakthechain each time I spend 25 each day working on my autoresponder emails.

This works.

I also have set it up that IF I meet my goal for the day (IE: I spend 25 minutes every day working on my autoresponder), I reward myself by posting a selfie in the blockchain's Faces of Hive community, which in turn helps me meet new followers and earns me even more Hive. :)
