    Aloo Tamatar Ki Sabzi With Bedmi Puri (पूरी के साथ खाने वाली हलवाई स्टाइल आलू की सब्जी - Shaadi Wali Aloo Ki Sabzi)

    Aloo Tamatar ki Sabzi is one of the most loved indian, desi breakfast accompanied with Poori. A very similar bread, Bedmi puri is a kind of advanced version of aloo puri. Here, the aloo is a more spicier version of the usual ones and the puri is made of not only wheat flour but also has ground urad dal and other spices. I am using Masala Monk's Bedmi Puri Mix which is so amazing, you can quickly make the dough. The puri itself is a wholesome dish that can be eaten raw but the aloo adds to the recipe. The aloo sabzi should be spicy and sour whereas the puri should be crisp. Let’s see how we make it.

    INGREDIENTS

    Boiled potatoes - 3-4
    Tomatoes - 2 big finely chopped
    Tadka masala (1/2 TSP Each) -
    Carom seeds , Nigella seeds (kalaunji),cumin seeds, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, Fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds and whole red chilli

    For Masala (1/2 TSP Each) ⬇️
    Turmeric powder
    Coriander powder
    Cumin powder
    Red Chilli Powder
    Ginger Garlic paste
    And salt
