    Mint (पुदीना) Kachori Recipe. Kachori or Poori is a very famous north Indian breakfast bread. In this recipe, we are adding a twist. ;) Crushed mint leaves give a very unique flavor to the Kachori. You can have it with a side dish like Chole or have it directly. I call it Twisty & Tangy Mint Kachori. Anyone can easily make this at home.

    कचौरी या पूड़ी एक बहुत प्रसिद्ध उत्तर भारतीय नाश्ते की रोटी है। इस नुस्खा में, हम एक मोड़ जोड़ रहे हैं। ;) कुचली हुई पुदीने की पत्तियाँ कचौरी को एक बहुत ही अनोखा स्वाद देती हैं। आप इसे चोले जैसे साइड डिश के साथ या सीधे ले सकते हैं। मैं इसे ट्विस्टी एंड टैंगी मिंट कचौरी कहता हूं। कचौरी बनाने की विधि

    INGREDIENTS

    Wheat flour - 300 gms
    Ajwain - 1 TSP
    Kalunji - 1 TSP
    Salt- AS PER taste
    Dried mint- 7-8 leaves
    Leftover paneer water
    Oil for frying
