    Sooji Ka Cheela or Rava Chilla contains one of the most healthiest breakfast ingredient i.e. Sooji. It is light, easy to digest and yummy too. It can be consumed as a breakfast item in many ways. It is an awesome substitute to the traditional South Indian Uttapam with a difference that it can be made instantly without any overnight soaking process. It is a mix of nature’s besties - curd and veggies which again makes it a perfect food to eat. You can make it thin or thick depending on how you like your cheela, I prefer making it a little thick. My baby daughter Sia loves it so a wonderful recipe for your tantrum throwing kids as well. Let’s see how we make it.

    Ingredients

    Carrot- 1, finely chopped
    Capsicum(bell peppers)- 1, finely chopped
    Green Chillis - 1, finely chopped
    Onion - 1, finely chopped
    Tomatoes- 1, finely chopped
    Coriander leaves- 1 TBSP, finely chopped
    Curd- 1cup
    Semolina (sooji)- 1 cup
    Salt to taste
    Water as required
    Oil- 2-3 tablespoon

    soojee ka cheela ya rava cheela mein sabase svaasthyaprad naashta ghatak yaani soojee hai. yah halka, pachane mein aasaan aur svaadisht bhee hota hai. isaka sevan naashte ke roop mein kaee tarah se kiya ja sakata hai. yah paaramparik dakshin bhaarateey uttapam ka ek badhiya vikalp hai jisamen yah antar hai ki ise bina raat bhar bhigone kee prakriya ke turant banaaya ja sakata hai. yah prakrti kee sarvottam - dahee aur sabjiyon ka mishran hai jo ise phir se khaane ke lie ek aadarsh bhojan banaata hai. aap ise patala ya gaadha bana sakate hain yah is baat par nirbhar karata hai ki aapako apanee cheela kaisee lagee, main ise thoda gaadha banaana pasand karata hoon. meree bachchee siya ko yah aapake taintram ke saath-saath bachchon ko phenkane ke lie bahut achchha nuskha pasand hai. aaie dekhen ki ham ise kaise banaate hain.
