Healthy Chicken Stew Recipe or Chicken Stew Indian Style or How To Make Perfect Chicken Stew
Chicken Stew is one of the healthiest dish to have in lunch or dinner time for people who want to keep it light as well. Since it's like a thick/thin chicken soup. It is a complete meal when accompanied with Mashed Potatoes or Bread or any kind of salad. I add more water because I like thin consistency but you can add a little more cornflour and a little less water to compensate. Chicken stew recipe is easy and quick to make especially during rainy season or winters. You can more veggies to the stew like carrot or broccoli or anything you like. This recipe is also helps you boost the immunity and good for building body and gym goers too.
Ingredients ⬇️
Chicken- 1 & 1/2 kg (marinate with salt and turmeric) leave aside for 1 hour
Onion - 5-6 finely chopped
Garlic - 15-20 cloves finely chopped
Ginger- 2 inch finely chopped
Green chillies- 6-7 finely chopped
Tomatoes- 4-5 grind (paste)
Cornflour- 2tsp
Corriender leaves- handful of finely chopped
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 tsp
Water - 2 cups
