Focus On What You Can Control

Are you upset because you did not get the result that you expected? The thing is, you cannot control everything. There is something that you can control. On the flip side, there is something that you cannot control.

Your effort to control something that is out of your control will not bring any positive results. You should focus on what you can control. You can change the input in order to get a different result. You have to adapt to changing situations, otherwise, you cannot survive. Even though the situation is the same, how you react to it can make a difference. Your reaction is in your control.
