Figure Out What You Are Good At and Know Your Challenges

You do a lot of things. Are you good at everything? Maybe not. You are excellent at some specific things. If you focus on what you are good at, you can do much better.

Maybe you don't figure out what your talents are. Ask your family, friends, and colleagues. They see you closely. Their feedback can be beneficial. You should know your challenges. There is something that seems challenging to you. You try to avoid that, but sometimes there is no way you can avoid that. So you can start doing them one by one. Don't try to do all those challenging things at once. Once you have done one thing, pick up the next thing.
