If you think, you will find a lot of things you do not like and you can complain about that. You do a job and for some reasons, you do not like your job. You expect to get a promotion or increment, but that does not happen as per your expectation. You can complain about that.

But is complaining going to change anything? You will end up being in the same place. You have to take action. If you don't like your job, you can go and get a job in another company.
