Manage The Risk When You Do Trading

It seems easy when you hear buy low and sell high. How hard could that be? When you actually do trading, you get the taste of it.

You buy stock or crypto and you think that's the low price, but the price keeps falling. Again, when you sell and exit the trade, the price keeps rising. It seems the price is about to touch the moon. If you take an entry seeing other people are buying or hearing the news, you will end up losing.

You have to manage the risk. Before taking any entry, you should know why you are taking the entry. What's your target and where do you put the stop loss? You plan for this before taking the entry. You need to follow a system when you do trading.
