Don't Take A Major Decision When You Are Angry Or Emotional

How do you feel? When you make any major decision, the state of your mind is very important. If you are angry or emotional at the time of taking a major decision, there is a high chance you will make a wrong decision.

When we get angry, we think about a lot of negative things. Later when we are calm and not angry anymore, we are surprised to notice that we thought like that at that time. That's illogical and childish behavior. Just take a break or do something else that you like. If you lost money in trading and you keep trading, you may do reverse trading. You will lose more money due to that. Taking a break is very important. You can start trading when you get back and you are not that emotional.
