You Are Healthy And Fit, Don't Take It For Granted

We talk about productivity, how to plan and execute the plan to achieve your goals, how to be more efficient, and so on. Even though everything is in your favor except your health, you cannot do much to go ahead the way you think.

We complain about a lot of things like why this is not happening, you deserve that, and why things are not getting better. You are upset about a lot of things and become hopeless. Think about someone who is suffering from health issues. Somehow if you get sick and get stuck on a bed, you will realize that it is a blessing to stay healthy and fit. No matter what your goals are or what you wanted to do, you cannot do that unless your physical and mental condition supports that. So if you are healthy and fit, don't take it for granted, please.
