We want to go ahead and make some progress. In order to do that, you can start by changing your bad habits. When you are used to doing something, you do that automatically.
To change your habits, firm determination is a must. You are supposed to have a strong why behind changing your habits. Make a small change every day and be consistent. It takes time. I talked about it more in the video.
