Raining at Last - Thinking about Water Storage on the Land!

It’s been raining here in East Central Portugal, after a LONG dry winter.
This is good as my IBCs are filling up from my roof rainwater harvesting system, water I’ll need to do a concrete floor in the house in a few weeks.
It’s also got me thinking about my longer term water storage plans, and I take a trip up to the highest point of my land where I’ve decided to build a pond and bury some brash piles in the process.
Killing two birds with one stone, I feel smart!
