    ¿What are pull-ups?
    Las dominadas es uno de los ejercicios mas potentes al desarrollar los musculos de la espalda. Consisten en agarrarnos a una barra fija o que este bien sujetada,desde ese punto nos colgamos con las extremidades estiradas y realizaremos una flexión de brazos hasta sobrepasar la barra con la barbilla. Es un ejercicio que no solamente requiere de mucha fuerza, sino que al progresar podremos aumentar nuestra fuerza y nuestro rendimiento deportivo.
    Pull-ups are one of the most powerful exercises for developing your back muscles. They consist of holding on to a fixed bar or one that is well supported, from that point we hang with our limbs stretched out and we will perform a push-up until we exceed the bar with our chin. It is an exercise that not only requires a lot of strength, but by progressing we can increase our strength and our sports performance..
