Before joining Hive Blogchain:

Since I have a job, it is normal to be transferred from one place to another. I met one of my older brothers after being transferred from the first workplace to the second workplace. I will introduce him a little later. It would have been very difficult for me to keep up with the money I was earning. As it turns out, there was no money at hand at the end of the month. Then in 2017, the name of the person I met after joining is "Shakil". Shakil Bhai works on YouTube platform as well as other platforms. I would sit next to him at night and see what he did. I am very interested to see his work. I tried to work with him. I want to be with him as his partner first. But I don't want to be with her as a partner. I want to work on my own. After many requests, he created a YouTube channel for me. I could not speak well when I tried to make a video. I didn't understand how good it was. But Shakil Bhai did not want me to talk on his other platform.

When I find out something, it tells me about the blockchain platform. I noticed he was posting on a platform called Steemit. I asked him, brother, what is it? He didn't tell me how to work here. I stayed with him for two months and tried to find out what Steemit was. I see Shakil brother writing different articles and posting different pictures. I told him, give me an account on Steemit. Like YouTube, I also want to see work here, I want to make some money from here. I will try to make up for the lack of money. He created an account for me. It took seven days to verify the account. Since the account was verified, I have been posting every day. If I had posted on Steemit, I would have got good support. At that time I did not understand many rules and regulations. I didn't know how to post. Then I would post like myself. I didn't know that any post would be copyrighted. I can know something when the time is slowly passing. When I spent a year on Steemit, I saw that the lack of money had disappeared a lot. I have been able to earn a maximum of one lakh money from Steemit. Suddenly started giving me a downvote. I do not understand what is happening to me. Why are you giving me a downvote. Slowly my mind broke. I'm slowly moving away from Steam. The Shakil brother I was talking about is also moving away from Steemit like me.
I started to move away from the platform called blockchain. I last posted on Steemit which you can understand by looking at the picture below.

How to Start a Journey on the Hive Blogchain:

I was away from Steemit for two long years but I used to keep an eye on the steem-engine every day when the price of a coin fluctuated. I used to buy and sell coins in the steem-engine. Then a blockchain caught my eye, its name is #Hive. I continue to research the hive blockchain. I can see it is like Steemit. Wondering if I should start the journey again on the blogchain. One of the people I used to buy and sell coins with suggested me and said brother you work in hive blockchain. Hope you can succeed. It was from this idea that my hive blockchain journey began. I still didn't understand anything. I started writing content on my own with full hope. My hive journey began in February 2020. The image you see below is the first post of the hive blockchain.

সংক্ষিপ্তকারে নিজের পরিচয়ঃ

আমি ইলিয়াস, আমি বাংলাদেশের একজন গর্বিত নাগরিক। আমি একজন চাকরীজীবি।চাকরী করার পাশাপাশি আমি ইউটিউব, 3স্পিক, ডিটিউব এবং হাইভ-এর জন্য কনটেন্ট/ব্লগ তৈরি করে থাকি।

হাইভ ব্লগচেইনে যোগদানের পূর্বের কথাঃ

আমি যেহেতু একটি চাকরি করি সে ক্ষেত্রে একই স্থান থেকে অন্য স্থানে বদলি হওয়া স্বাভাবিক। ধারাবাহিকতায় প্রথম কর্মস্থল থেকে দ্বিতীয় কর্মস্থলে বদলি হয়ে আসার পর আমার এক বড় ভাইয়ের সাথে পরিচয়। তার পরিচয়টা একটু পরে দিচ্ছি। আমি যে টাকা বেতন পেতাম তা দিয়ে নিজের চলতে খুব কষ্ট হয়ে যেত। দেখা যাচ্ছে, মাস শেষে হাতে কোনো টাকা থাকতো না। চাকরির বয়স, তখন পাঁচ বছর রানিং। শুধু একটা চিন্তা থাকতো, চাকরি করার পাশাপাশি অন্য কিছু করে নিজের অভাব দুর করবো। তখন 2017 সাল, যোগদানের পর যার সাথে পরিচয় হয়েছিল তার নাম হচ্ছে “শাকিল”। শাকিল ভাই ইউটিউব চ্যানেলের পাশাপাশি অন্য প্লাটফর্মে কাজ করে। আমি রাত জেগে তার পাশে বসে থাকতাম এবং দেখতাম সে কি কাজ করে। আমার খুব আগ্রহ হচ্ছে তার কাজ দেখে। আমি তার সাথে কাজ করার চেষ্টা করলাম। প্রথমে তার পার্টনার হিসেবে আমাকে সাথে রাখতে চাই। কিন্তু আমি তার পার্টনার হিসেবে সাথে থাকতে চাই না। আমি নিজে কাজ করতে চাই। অনেক অনুরোধ করার পর সে আমাকে একটা ইউটিউব চ্যানেল তৈরি করে দেই।যখন ভিডিও তৈরি করার জন্য চেষ্টা করতাম তখন ভালোভাবে কথা বলতে পারতাম না। কেমন ভালো কিছু বুঝতাম না। কিন্তু শাকিল ভাই আমাকে তার অন্য প্লাটফর্মে কথা বলতে চাই নাই।

আমি যখন কিছুটা জানতে পারি, তখন আমাকে ব্লকচেইন প্ল্যাটফর্ম এর কথা বলে। আমি লক্ষ করেছিলাম, সে স্টিমিট নামে একটি প্লাটফর্মে পোস্ট করছে। তাকে জিজ্ঞেস করেছিলাম, ভাই এটা কি? এখানে কিভাবে কাজ করেন, সে আমাকে তেমন কিছু বোঝায় নাই। আমি তার সাথে দুটি মাস লেগে থাকি এবং জানার চেষ্টা করি স্টিমিট কি। শাকিল ভাইকে দেখি বিভিন্ন লেখা লিখতে এবং বিভিন্ন ছবি পোস্ট করতে। আমি তাকে বলেছিলাম, আমাকে একটা স্টিমিটে অ্যাকাউন্ট করে দিবেন। ইউটিউব এর মত, আমিও এখানে কাজ দেখতে চাই, এখান থেকে আমি কিছু টাকা উপার্জন করতে চাই। যা অর্থের অভাব কিছুটা হলেও মেটানোর চেষ্টা করবো। তিনি আমাকে একটা অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করে দেন। একাউন্ট ভেরিফাই হতে সাত দিন সময় লেগেছিল। একাউন্ট ভেরিফাই হওয়ার পর থেকে আমি প্রতিদিন পোস্ট করতে থাকি।স্টিমিটে পোস্ট করলে ভালো সাপোর্ট পাইতাম। তখন অনেক নিয়ম-কানুন বুঝতাম না । জানতাম না কিভাবে পোস্ট করলে ভালো হবে। তারপর নিজের মতো করে পোস্ট করতাম। কোন পোস্ট করলে কপিরাইট হবে তা তেমন জানতাম না। যখন আস্তে আস্তে সময় পার হচ্ছে তখন কিছুটা জানতে পারি। স্টিমিটে যখন একটি বছর পার করলাম তারপরে দেখি অর্থের অভাব অনেকটাই মুছে গেছে। আমি স্টিমিট থেকে সর্বোচ্চ এক লক্ষ টাকা ইনকাম করতে পেরেছি। হঠাৎ আমাকে ডাউনভোট দেওয়া শুরু করে। আমি বুঝতে পারছি না আমার সাথে কি হচ্ছে। কেন আমাকে ডাউনভোট দিচ্ছে। আস্তে আস্তে আমার মনটা ভেঙ্গে যায়। আমি ধীরে ধীরে স্টিমিট থেকে দূরে চলে যাচ্ছি। যে শাকিল ভায়ের কথা বলছিলাম, তিনিও আমার মত স্টিমিট থেকে দূরে চলে যাচ্ছে।
আস্তে আস্তে দূরে চলে যেতে থাকলাম ব্লকচেইন নামক প্ল্যাটফর্ম থেকে। স্টিমিটে সর্বশেষ পোস্ট করেছিলাম যা নিচের পিকচার দেখে বুঝতে পারবেন।

কার স্বপ্নগুলো কখন ভেঙে যাবে কেউই বলতে পারে না। বন্ধ হয়ে গেল ব্লকচেইন নামক স্টিমিট প্ল্যাটফর্ম।

যেভাবে হাইভ ব্লগচেইনে যাত্রা শুরুঃ

স্টিমিট থেকে দীর্ঘ দুই বছর দূরে ছিলাম কিন্তু স্টিম-ইঞ্জিনে প্রতিদিনই নজর রাখতাম কখন কোন কয়েনের দাম উঠানামা করে। স্টিম ইঞ্জিনে কয়েন কিনতাম এবং বাই সেল করতাম। তখন একটি ব্লকচেইন আমার চোখে পড়ে, এর নাম হচ্ছে হাইভ ব্লকচেইন। আমি হাইভ ব্লকচেইন নিয়ে গবেষণা করতে থাকি। দেখতে পারছি স্টিমিট এর মতই। চিন্তা করছি, আবার যাত্রা শুরু করবো কিনা ব্লগচেইনে। আমি যাদের সাথে কয়েন কেনা বেচার করতাম তাদেরই একজন আমাকে সাজেস্ট করে ছিল এবং বলেছিল ভাই আপনি হাইভ ব্লকচেইনে কাজ করেন। আশা করি আপনি সাফল্য অর্জন করতে পারবেন। তার এই ধারণা থেকেই আমার হাইভ ব্লকচেইন যাত্রা শুরু। আমি তখনও কিছু বুঝতাম না। বুক ভরা আশা নিয়ে আমি নিজের মত করে কনটেন্ট লেখা শুরু করি। আমার হাইভ যাত্রা শুরু হয়েছিল 2020 সালে ফেব্রুয়ারি মাসে। নিচের যে ছবিটি দেখছেন, সেটি হচ্ছে হাইভ ব্লকচেইন এর প্রথম পোষ্ট পোস্ট।

মনে মনে সিদ্ধান্ত করেছি, আমি কখনো কপিরাইট বা গুগল থেকে বা অন্য কোন সাইট থেকে কিছু নিয়ে পোস্ট করবো না। আমি যদি অন্য সাইট থেকে কিছু নিয়ে পোস্ট করি তাহলে অবশ্যই আমাকে ডাউনভোট দেওয়া হবে। সেই চিন্তা রেখে আমি এখনো হাইভ ব্লকচেইনে কাজ করছি।

হাইভ প্লাটফর্মে কাজ করতে গিয়ে কিছু মানুষের সাথে পরিচয় হয়। তারা আমাকে খুবই আগ্রহ প্রকাশ করে এবং তারা বলে হাইভ বাংলাদেশ কমিউনিটিতে যোগ দেওয়ার জন্য। আমি বলেছিলাম সেখানে যোগ দিয়ে কি হবে? তারা বলেছিল যে, হাইভ বাংলাদেশ কমিউনিটিতে যোগদান করলে অনেক কিছু শিখতে পারবে, তারা তোমাকে সাপোর্ট করবে, তারা আমাকে বিভিন্ন গাইড লাইন দিবে। আমি বললাম, এগুলো তো আমি জানি, আমার প্রয়োজন নেই। তারা বলল, তুমি যোগ দাও হাইভ বাংলাদেশ কমিউনিটিতে তাহলে স্টিমিটের মত আর প্ল্যাটফর্ম বন্ধ হবে না। আমি অনেক চিন্তা করলাম এবং দেখলাম কথাটা সঠিক। আবার পুরাতন স্বপ্ন নিয়ে হাইভ প্লাটফর্মে এসেছি। দেখি নিজের স্বপ্নটা পূরণ করতে পারি কিনা। হাইভ বাংলাদেশ কমিউনিটির যারা লিডার আছে, তারা আমাকে অনেক গাইডলাইন করেছে। বিভিন্ন রকম পরামর্শ দিয়েছে। তাদের সহযোগিতায় আজ আমি হাইভ প্লাটফর্মে কাজ করে যাচ্ছি। আরেকটা মজার বিষয় হচ্ছে, আমি যেহেতু কনটেন্ট তৈরি করি সে ক্ষেত্রে আমার জন্য ভালো একটি সুযোগ রয়েছে।

3স্পিক এর যোগদানঃ

হাইভ বাংলাদেশ কমিউনিটিতে যোগদানের পর আমি 3স্পিক চ্যানেলের সাথে সংযুক্ত হয়। কমিউনিটি লিডারা আমাকে বিভিন্নভাবে সহযোগিতা করে। আমি যেহেতু একজন কনটেন্ট ক্রিয়েটর তাই 3স্পিক চ্যানেলে কন্টিনিউ কাজ করার চেষ্টা করি। এখন যে পোস্ট দেখছেন তা হচ্ছে আমার 3স্পিক চ্যানেলের প্রথম ভিডিও।

আমি এখনো স্বপ্ন দেখি। জীবনের যে স্বপ্ন ছিল তা পূরণ করার জন্য আমি হাইভ প্লাটফর্মে করবো। অদ্যবধি হাইভ প্লাটফর্মে কাজ করে আমার খুব ভালো লেগেছে। তার পাশাপাশি 3স্পিক চ্যানেলে কাজ করার আগ্রহ দিন দিন বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছে। আমি 3স্পিক চ্যানেল থেকে ভালো সাপোর্ট পাচ্ছি কারণ হাইভ বাংলাদেশ কমিউনিটি লিডাররা আমাকে বিভিন্নভাবে সহযোগিতা করছে স্বপ্ন পূরণের লক্ষ্যে।
