A rainy day at Jury Street Metro Station.

• 01:51 - Activating the electrical switch to reveal the hidden chamber.

• 02:43 - Going downstairs will make some raiders appear upstairs.
• 04:17 - The sound of raiders stepping on my frag mines.
• 06:16 - At least two mods are using that Abandoned House. DC Interiors and An Evening with Mr. Manchester by Puce Mosse. Don't worry, they work together just fine.
• 06:50 - Lots of tin cans in the house.
• 10:15 - Door to the basement.
• 10:29 - Walking in the basement will trigger the spawn of some raiders.

• 14:41 - Discovering Cul-De-Sac House. The location itself and its interior are added by The Regulators mod.
• 15:11 - A copy of Tumblers Today.
• 16:38 - That safe will be empty unless a quest related to The Regulators mod is completed.
• 18:27 - Entering Jury Street Station.
• 18:32 - With Wasteland Violence installed, a band of Regulators, led by a Regulator Marshal, will attack various raider camps, including Jury Station.
• 20:10 - Some raiders were already killed by the Regulators.
• 21:59 - Entering a metro car and killing some raiders, VATS is cool. Metro cars here have an interior (Metro Carriage Interiors).
• 22:30 - A copy of DC Journal of Internal Medicine.
• 25:55 - Some of the Regulators I mentioned before were killed.
• 27:26 - In case I forgot to mention, items like Alien Ball, Auto Axe Blade, Coolant Component, Electronic Fuse, Gas Canister, Gunpowder Pouch (the item Gunpowder is from FWE), Liquid Nitrogen, Rag, Zippo Lighter are all added by the New Uniques mod. Ther are used to craft weapons.
• 28:03 - I didn't realize that there were more raiders nearby.
• 30:50 - Raiders were preparing some mole rat meat in that metro car.
• 31:50 - That other metro car is full of raiders.
• 34:02 - Some chems on the floor of the next metro car.
• 36:34 - Some footlockers and tool cabinets inside that one.
• 37:57 - Door behind the sheets. Beware of the enemies inside
• 39:01 - Love Carriage Key. I will use it in the next episode.
• 39:23 - Stimpaks and ammo boxes.
• 41:05 - Entering Jury Street Tunnels.
