• 08:36 - I try to convince him to give me a personal item so I can lie to Crowley.
• 08:48 - Speech check success. Ted Strayer's Special Key acquired.
• 09:57 - Fast traveling to Tepid Sewer to reach Dukov.
• 12:00 - A Enclave camp near Dukov's Place.
• 14:17 - Before talking to Dukov, I equip Button's Wig.
• 15:22 - Asking Dukov about Mister Crowley.
• 15:46 - Speech Check success. Fort Constantine location added to the map.
• 16:39 - Informing Dukov that Crowley is not dead and wants him dead.
• 17:13 - Speech skill not high enough to get Dukov's Special Key for free. I'll have to pay. I didn't see the option related to the Black Widow perk.

• 33:08 - On the chamber to the left, a DC Journal of Internal Medicine is on the table. Also, some purified water and a pre-war book. On top of the radio, I found the Flash Grenade Schematics (New Uniques mod).
• 34:45 - Outside, I spot some enclave troopers.
• 36:45 - I see a pile of old cars.
• 37:37 - Between the cars, I found the Irradiated Outhouse. It's an unmarked location. There is a Nuka Cola Quantum and some ammo boxes.
• 38:33 - North of the outhouse, there is an old farm with some raiders. I shoot the ones I can see.
• 41:08 - I discover Chaste Acres Dairy Farm.
• 41:44 - Pause the video. You can see a copy of Grognak - The Barbarian on the floor, near the corpse. It's on the second floor of the barn.
• 42:05 - I found the Ballistic Shotgun in one of the raiders. It was added by the New Uniques mod.
• 43:05 - Entering the silo, there's a Pugilism Illustrated on the floor.
• 45:15 - From the upper level of the silo, I shoot the raiders around the farm.
• 47:51 - Discovering MDPL-16 Power Station.
• 48:51 - Inside the substation, I lockpick the safe.
• 49:28 - A Nuka Cola Quantum on the workbench.
