Como ya sabemos el reto consiste en poner una musica que dure mas de 2 minutos y hacer el mayor tiempo posible en posicion de plancha durando mas de 2 minutos.
As we already know, the challenge is to play music that lasts more than 2 minutes and do as much time as possible in plank position lasting more than 2 minutes.
En esta segunda parte logre conseguir el reto durando mas de 2 minutos en esta posicion de aguante, me costo un poco ya que tengo fatiga muscular pero pude lograrlo.
In this second part I managed to achieve the challenge lasting more than 2 minutes in this endurance position, it cost me a bit since I have muscle fatigue but I was able to do it.
