Community, I'm ramsses and now I'll bring you a super advanced pull ups routine and this will only be a pull as the exercise says, this week I've had a little bad wrist, but this motivated me to continue with the basic exercises to better strengthen the doll.
Como pueden notar en los ejercicios, esta rutina no es muy facil, dependemos de una gran fuerza para lograr hacer estos ejercicios, asi como tambien debemos tener la tecnica bien ejecutada, ya que esto si no lo hacemos bien podria ocasionarnos una lesion grave, como lo es la mia.
As you can see in the exercises, this routine is not very easy, we depend on great strength to be able to do these exercises, as well as we must have the technique well executed, since if we do not do it correctly, it could cause us a serious injury, such as it is mine.
