En un mundo que avanza a un ritmo acelerado, es muy importante mantenernos centrados y enfocados, porque sin darnos cuenta nos estresamos y frustramos, por ejemplo, si logramos comprar un celular, a los pocos días sale uno nuevo, lo cual significa que ya el nuestro está obsoleto, entonces nos desesperamos, y, queremos el nuevo; asi, caemos en un círculo vicioso; y, esto aplica para todo, en todas las áreas de nuestra vida!
A veces se nos va la vida pensando en el futuro, que no nos tomamos un tiempo para agradecer por el presente, y por lo que tenemos, nos estresamos pensando en el mañana, y, ni siquiera sabemos si el mañana llegará; es algo incierto, el mismo Jesús dijo, no os afanéis por el dia de mañana, muchas veces ha pasado que cuando estamos comiendo en casa, de repente mi papa dice: la comida esta bien, solo falto tal cosa, a lo que mi mama le responde; no falto nada; eso fue lo que Dios proveyo; creo eso significa agradecer y vivir cada dia, agradeciendo por lo que Dios nos repara!
Es importante vivir cada dia a la vez, no significa que no se debe planificar; significa que debemos vivir cada dia como si fuera el último; sanamente por supuesto!

Sometimes we spend our lives thinking about the future, we do not take time to be thankful for the present, and for what we have, we get stressed thinking about tomorrow, and we do not even know if tomorrow will come; it is something uncertain, Jesus himself said, do not worry about tomorrow, many times it has happened that when we are eating at home, suddenly my dad says, "the food is good, it's just missing, it's not enough! the food is fine, only this one thing is missing, to which my mom replies: nothing is missing; that was what God provided; I think that means to be thankful and to live every day, being thankful for what God gives us!
It is important to live each day at a time, it does not mean that we should not plan; it means that we should live each day as if it were our last; healthily of course!
