Morning Breakfast - Paddu with spicy Chutney

Hello everyone,

Today I'm sharing my favorite breakfast paddu with spicy chutney. One of the best inventions by our ancestors in earth 🙂

The batter is prepared up of rice and Urad dal with little puffed rice. Left to ferment all night and it's all set for the morning.

We also add few raw veggies like

• Onions
• Green chili
• Cilantro
• Dil leaves
