Monday its Dose

Hello all here, it's been fun capturing video and putting them together for Threespeak. This made me realise, how good the videos can be made in very simple steps and quickly too.

Todays breakfast was Dose a native to southern India and every restaurant have them on their menus 😊 You should be tasting them once. For those who are familiar with pancakes, Dose resembles the non sweet version, but the preparation of Dose batter is different from that of pancakes.

Dose Plate with Potatoes and Coconut chutney

Dose is prepared on a pan, fry them on pan for a min with little oil.
