The sweet design - brings back the childhood memories

The sweet mom prepared was of a sweet design and the magic of the shape and the quick change of shape from a leaf to a complete well shaped Sweet dish.

What is it ?

We call it karachikai, the all purpose flour dough prepared small leaf filled with sweet mixture of fried chickpeas and grated coconut and sugar powder. All these make a great combo when fried in cooking oil.

So the post has the video how it wss prepared and some photographs that I cared to capture while I capture the video.
