    About :

Another final table was reached late last night. Since the whole thing was recorded, I made a highlights video. I think that it is worthwhile to make videos of specific tourneys in this way. Not long, watchable, enjoyable and entertaining, as only knock-outs, big pots, key hands included.

There is still room for improvement in the design, but it will be done in time. By the way, partypoker accepted the profile picture I uploaded yesterday. A little promotion for Hive and poker here. My picture is fully visible for others, if they click to my profile. (I also discovered yesterday that the choice of the name for this community did not turn out well, as there was an Italian poker room called Hive Poker in the past... there is no chance that any search engine will show HIVE in search results in the near future, in its shadow... )

Back to poker. This is a very small tourney, with an average of 100-150 players, usually a weak field compared to the player pool in this room. The format is the same as 6-Max Double Up SNGs, so it's favorable for me.

Reaching FT was relatively easy. In terms of stack size, I wasn't doing well, but in the end I just made it to heads-up. I did something stupid there, and after that I had no realistic chance of winning.

    Hand analysis

I decided that in addition to the weekly report, I will write 1-2 similar posts, with video, every week. Every time, I will try to show 1-2 questionable hands. What, why I did, was it good or wasn't, etc.

(Pictures are probably not shown under 3Speak video, only if you open this post through another frontend.)

Both hands below are also included in the video.

    Hand 1:

After the pre-flop call, I made an open-bet on flop (1/3 pot size). As I am looking it back, I think more and more I would had to be more aggressive on flop, then I wouldn't had to check the further streets. Actually I couldn't. I don't remember what I thought, probably I didn't want to risk to relegate so early, as there were few similar stack size guys at the table.

    Hand 2:

I completey fcked this one. No better words for that.

Either aggressively put everything in after the flop, or give up as soon as possible. Instead of that, I bet all the way through the flop and turn to give up on the river. After that, I had no real chance to win the tourney without a lot of luck. Which didn't come. Still a 2nd place, not bad, but in the knock-out format the gap between the prizes of the 1st and 2nd places is usually bigger, so it is worth taking a bigger risk. This 109o could easily have been, especially knowing the opponent. Next time.

I've already uploaded few videos, if you are those very few person who watched this one (and previous ones), I'd like to hear your opinion, feedback. (positive and/or negative)

    Good luck at the tables!
