Skipping Daily Routine - #2020Vision Challenge Day 32

When you are an entrepreneur and you are working from home you can easily fall into the trap that you can work whenever you want or you can skip one day if you want and work another one... In theory, it is like that, but the reality isn't that shiny... :)

The truth is that you CAN do that, but skipping one whole day is very often a jump out of your daily routine, and you know what happens when you lose your rhythm... The next day is twice harder (or even more) than the previous one and it's really hard to catch on...

I have experienced something similar today, but I have decided to "cut in the roots" and take a short break to re-charge my batteries and continue with work the SAME day. A daily routine is not just your work... It's your free time, your daily walk, physical activity, spiritual activity, also... Don't forget about that!
