You know that I like to read/watch interesting personal stories from the people on the platform, and I have found this one while I was checking #hive posts on Twitter (you should also do that, and like and re-tweet stuff there... It helps enormously to Hive)... It is a post written by @evegrace, where she told us her story how Hive has changed (and saved) her life in just 3 months...

I saw that post 2 days ago and immediately commented to show my support to her... Also, I have put in my notebook reminder to create a post about it... And then, I have lost track of the original post! I wanted to create a vlog about it yesterday, but I couldn't find the original post and I wanted to mention it! I was searching for hours and didn't find it...

Finally, I have asked for help from my Hive friend, and it was found in 5 minutes... lol... And it was in front of my nose, and I didn't see it for some reason... lol... Anyways, it's here, and I have done it!

I don't know why I found myself inspired so much by this post, probably because I have struggled in the past with starting my own business, but luckily, I wasn't in the situation as Eve was... Helping hand from a friend and a bit of effort saved her from living on the street and who knows what else...

And the story has a lot of perspectives that you can notice if you look deeper into it... One of them is how her friend @Uyobong reacted when she had problems... He didn't loan the money to her, but showed her the way where she can EARN it by herself!

And we all know that hard-earned money is more appreciated than a loan...

In the end, I would like to make an update of my current numbers (August 16th, 2020 - monthly target 80%) on #MyHiveGoals:

HIVE POWER - 15,502 / 20,000    77.51%
CTP POWER - 118,911 / 150,000   79.27%
HIVE Followers - 306 / 333      91.89%
LBRY Followers - 1018 / 1,500   67.87%

As I said in the previous Hive Goals report, LBRY followers number will be a big fail... lol... Other numbers are failry ok... Hive power is dancing on the thin line, but I believe in the power of compound... :)
