Feria Sustentable de Ezeiza || Iniciativa Hive Argentina [Esp/Eng Subtitled] 🇦🇷

     Nuestras cotidianidades están en medio, de muchos eventos que suceden, casi sin darnos cuenta. Ocurre, cuando salimos a cumplir con nuestros deberes del día a día y pasamos por lugares, casi como zombies. Y es por eso, que participando de la iniciativa vigente de la comunidad Hive Argentina, quiero mostrarle lo que sucede, un sábado como casi siempre, en la Unión, partido de Ezeiza, lugar donde actualmente resido.

Our daily lives are in the midst of many events that happen, almost without us realizing it. It happens when we go out to fulfill our daily duties and we pass through places almost like zombies. And that is why, participating in the current initiative of the Hive Argentina community, I want to show you what happens, on a Saturday as usual, in La Unión, Ezeiza, where I currently live.

     En el barrio de la Unión, se encuentra el parque los Alamos, que durante la semana, cualquier ciudadano puede pasar a disfrutar con el contacto con la naturaleza, realizando diferentes actividades, como tomar mates (clásico de Argentina), hacer deportes y lo que mayormente se realiza es llevar a los niños, para que puedan divertirse. Pero los sábados (no todos), se realiza una feria (lugar donde se exponen y comercian, diferentes articulos), que se denomina Feria Sustentable de Ezeiza.

Los Alamos Park is located in the neighborhood of La Unión. During the week, any citizen can enjoy the contact with nature, doing different activities, such as drinking mates (classic Argentinean drink), playing sports and what is mostly done is to take the children, so that they can have fun. But on Saturdays (not every Saturday), there is a fair (a place where different articles are exhibited and traded), called Sustainable Fair of Ezeiza.

     Algo que me encanta del partido de Ezeiza, es que los vendedores artesanales (también llamados ambulantes), tienen sus espacios especificos para poder comerciar. Los mismos recorren, normalmente los fines de semana (no siempre), los diferentes barrios, ofreciendo sus productos y/o servicios. Hoy día, la mayoría con sus páginas en las redes sociales y también con su QR, para cobrar a traves de diferenes billeteras virtuales.

Something I love about Ezeiza is that the artisan vendors (also called street vendors) have their specific spaces to trade. They go around, usually on weekends (not always), the different neighborhoods, offering their products and / or services. Nowadays, most of them have their pages in social networks and also with their QR, to charge through different virtual wallets.

     Esta feria, tiene la peculariedad, de que es sustentable. Es decir, casi todos los productos y/o sevicios que se ofrecen, tienen que ver con el cuidado del medio ambiente. El mensaje es, que debemos ser consciente, que desde nuestra actividad socio economica, podemos ayudar a cuidar nuestro habitad.

This fair has the peculiarity of being sustainable. That is, almost all products and / or services offered, have to do with the care of the environment. The message is that we must be aware that from our socio-economic activity, we can help to take care of our habitat.

     Con carteles, que anuncian diferentes mensajes sobre el cuidado del medio ambiente, también podemos disparar destelles de consciencia, para los transeuntes del lugar. Lugar ameno, pulcro, seguro y acompañdo, por suerte por el clima.

With posters announcing different messages about the care of the environment, we can also shoot flashes of awareness, for the passers-by of the place. A pleasant, clean, safe place, accompanied, fortunately, by the weather.

     También me encontre, con mi amigo Braian y su novia Sol, que estaban ofreciendo sus productos. El emprendimiento, se llama El antojito y nace por una necesidad de comer churros, ya que Sol, es celíaca y su novio, con la intenación de satisfacer el antojo de su novia, los preparo y ahora, lo estan comercializando. Sol acepto responderme algunas preguntas frente a cámara y también degustamos sus exquisitas creaciones.
También Zuni @zutodoterreno, se animo a contarme frente a cámara, que es la feria sustentable para ella.

I also met my friend Braian and his girlfriend Sol, who were offering their products. The enterprise is called El antojito and was born out of a need to eat churros, since Sol is celiac and her boyfriend, with the intention of satisfying his girlfriend's craving, prepared them and now they are selling them. Sol agreed to answer some questions in front of the camera and we also tasted her exquisite creations.
