   Los hábitos saludables, no debemos abandonar, y más, si nos dan tanto, que ni consciente de eso somos. Me di cuenta, que descuide mis salidas en bicicleta, si bien salgo esporádicamente a trotar y también algunas rutinas en casa, pero no con los amigos ciclistas. En estos días de verano, por la tarde o bien temprano por la mañana, son ideales para salir, a disfrutar de la libertad de rodar. ¡Y así fue!

      Una tarde de sol, es beneficioso para cualquiera y es muy recomendable; Obviamente, tomando los recaudos necesarios, como salir cuando el sol no pega tan fuerte, en nuestro caso tipo 18 horas y siempre protección solar.       Salir con ellos, es como una descarga a tierra. Es algo que siempre recomiendo, que hagamos un rato en el día, eso que nos apasiona, aunque sea 3 veces por semana y esto aplica, para cualquier disciplina deportiva.

      Y se hizo de noche, nomás, Mario con sus 73 años y Luque con 68 años, sortearon muy bien la situación. Muchas veces nosotros nos preocupamos para que lleguen a sus casas bien y ellos, se sienten tan bien, que muchas veces, no tienen noción de su edad y del peligro de la ruta. Gracias a dios, llegamos todos bien y salió un lindo entrenamiento.
