Entrenamiento MTB - Fondo 100 km [Esp/Eng] 🚴🚴🚴

Un fondo largo de 100 km, es muy fácil decirlo; Aunque soy consciente que los ciclistas profesionales, realizan fondos de más distancias. Pero, para los amateurs, que ya estamos pisando una mitad de siglo, es digno de aplausos. Y más aún, para mi sorpresa, realizamos los primeros 83 km, sin parar y a un ritmo muy digno (30 km/hs aproximadamente).

A long distance of 100 km is very easy to say; although I am aware that professional cyclists ride longer distances. But, for amateurs, who are already treading a half-century, it is worthy of applause. And even more, to my surprise, we made the first 83 km, without stopping and at a very decent pace (30 km / hr approximately).

      Estas tomas son realmente muy bellas, pero muchas veces arriesgamos en demasía por obtenerla. En caminos rurales, no lo es tanto, pero en la ruta, como en este caso, conlleva mucho peligro. Cuando lo veo a Juan filmando, sinceramente me alegre por ser creador de contenidos, pero no es recomendable sacar los celulares, y menos en pelotón, donde sabemos que el más pequeño error, se puede pagar muy caro.

     Cuando uno hace lo fácil, que es simplemente entrenar. Es decir, dedicarle mínimamente dos veces por semana a entrenar. Es ahí, donde a través de la constancia el cuerpo adquiere resistencia y puede ponerse metas, que en primera instancia parecen imposible, pero luego, paso a paso, lo vas logrando.

This time, always with the intention of being creative, I set up the GoPro, filming backwards; and it's amazing what happens. First, with the cyclists coming in the peloton and second, the maneuvers made by the buses to pass us. Some do not respect the cyclist at all, but noblesse oblige, I must say, that most of them do.       Cuando paramos a recargar nuestras caramañolas con agua, en una estación policial, aproveche y coloque la GoPro hacia adelante, de esa manera diversificar las tomas. Hicimos un trayecto de tierra, para no perder la costumbre e ir terminando en entrenamiento.

When we stopped to refill our water bottles at a police station, I took the opportunity to place the GoPro forward, so as to diversify the shots. We did a dirt road, so as not to lose the habit and to finish in training.

     Esta aplicación Relieve siempre me ha dado resultado, más aún, cuando me quedo sin datos, es como que sigue registrando igual y luego, al llegar a casa, realiza una actualización y puedo salvar la información. Es por eso, que de todas, es con la que mejor me llevo.

     En el ciclismo, siempre estamos cosechando "amigos de ruta". A Pablo, es la primera vez que lo veo, pero pareciera que somos amigos de toda la vida. En cambio, a Juan y Esteban, ya los conozco y fueron ellos los que me invitaron a disfrutar de la rodada.
Espero hayan disfrutado del video y que sea de inspiración para salir a realizar cualquier tipo de actividad física. El contacto con la naturaleza es sumamente recomendable.
