BIENVENIDOS.

Maintaining consistency in training is not easy. Our daily lives are full of distractions and obligations, especially when we are parents of children in school. But, you can always give one more turn of the screw and generate those times to train, in spite of: I hope you enjoy it! WELCOME.

My friend Oscar (Whass) invites me to train with Nora and Juan, who are acquaintances of mine. But a guy from Monte Grande (a town near Ezeiza) also comes and joins the training. Obviously, along the way, we always find cyclists who join the peloton. In training, there are different stages that you have to be willing to go through. And that's the beauty of this story. Overcoming the various "obstacles" in life.
¡Saludos!

The application of Diego, the guy from Monte Grande, resulted in a distance of approximately 103 km. I ran out of cell phone battery, a little more than half of the workouts. But, I estimate that on average we made the 100 km preset. Beautiful background, to get endurance and obviously, now we must work passes, to acquire speed. Thanks for making it this far and until an upcoming installment of training and/or racing. Best regards!
