Reto 366 de Burpees Día #30 [Esp/Eng] 🔥🔥🔥

   Ya los saltos, quedaron a un lado y animándome a tirar el cuerpo al piso y haciendo más fuerza con los brazos, debo decir, que los resultados son bastante satisfactorios. Estoy realizando 10 saltos, con descansos de 30 segundos aproximadamente y algo, que me está gustando en demasía, es cambiar la locación. ¡Os recomiendo!
