    Feliz y bendecido viernes a todos los creadores de contenido en mi comunidad de @fulldeportes, hoy les dejo una rutina intensa para trabajar las piernas en casa sin pesas; un total de 7 ejercicios continuos dejando solo 30 segundos de por medio entre cada ejecución de movimientos, luego de una breve presentación, inicio con un pequeño set de calentamiento de 90 segundos, estirando ambas piernas, piques de pies y finalizo con trote estático. Todos los ejercicios para piernas los realizo en un circuito de 7 movimientos distintos de 20 repeticiones continuas, luego descansamos por tres minutos para realizar dos series más, para un total de 420 repeticiones entre todos los ejercicios. Debemos tener en cuenta la hidratación para poder tener un mejor rendimiento. En mi canal en @threespek, te invito a ver este circuito para pierna donde ejecuto Sentadillas normales, sentadillas de sumo, sentadillas de Spiderman, sentadillas con pasos a los laterales, sentadilla con rebote y pantorrillas subiendo y bajando en la punta de los pies; todos a 20 repeticiones.

    Happy and blessed Friday to all content creators in my community @fulldeportes, today I leave you an intense routine to work your legs at home without weights; a total of 7 continuous exercises leaving only 30 seconds in between each execution of movements, after a brief presentation, I start with a small warm-up set of 90 seconds, stretching both legs, piques of feet and end with static jogging. All leg exercises are performed in a circuit of 7 different movements of 20 continuous repetitions, then we rest for three minutes to perform two more series, for a total of 420 repetitions between all exercises. We must take into account hydration in order to have a better performance. On my channel at @threespek, I invite you to check out this leg circuit where I execute Regular Squats, Sumo Squats, Spiderman Squats, Side Step Squats, Bounce Squat and Calf Raises and Lower Toes; all at 20 reps.
