¡Hola amigos de Geek Zone!

Hoy voy a mostrarles la nueva integrante de mi taller 3D: la Artillery Hornet.

Para darles un contexto, hace algún tiempo me interesé en el mundo de la impresión 3D. Para comenzar a aprender, decidí adquirir la mini impresora 3D Easythreed K7, la cual me ayudó a aprender sobre materiales, condiciones óptimas para imprimir y algunas técnicas que se aprenden con la práctica. Si quieren conocer más sobre esta mini impresora, les dejo este enlace con el unboxing de la misma.

Después de ese proceso, decidí buscar una impresora más grande para empezar con algunos proyectos que serán realizados mediante impresión 3D. También necesitaré aprender a utilizar diferentes técnicas para pintar y hacer acabados para mejorar la calidad de las impresiones y darles vida. De eso hablaré y les mostraré luego en algún otro video relacionado con el tema.

Por ahora, les hago la presentación y les mostraré algunas cosas que pude imprimir para probar la impresora, como piezas articuladas como el robot B1 o algunas de utilidad como un soporte para los carretes de filamento. También les mostraré un poco el mini taller 3D que tengo armado para el funcionamiento de las impresoras.

Hello Geek Zone friends!

Today, I'm going to show you the newest addition to my 3D workshop: the Artillery Hornet.

To give you some context, some time ago, I became interested in the world of 3D printing. To start learning, I decided to acquire the Easythreed K7 mini 3D printer, which helped me learn about materials, optimal conditions for printing, and some techniques that come with practice. If you want to learn more about this mini printer, I'll leave you this link with its unboxing.

After that process, I decided to look for a larger printer to start with some projects that will be done with 3D printing. I will also need to learn how to use different techniques for painting and finishing to improve the quality of the prints and bring them to life. I will talk about that and show you more in some other video related to the topic.

For now, I'm introducing it to you and showing you some things I was able to print to test the printer, such as articulated pieces like the B1 robot or some utility items like a stand for filament spools. I'll also show you a bit of the mini 3D workshop that I've set up for the printers' operation.
