    Hey apreciados amigos, nos sentimos muy contentos porque llegamos al video número 81. Se dice fácil para quien no ha vivido duros momentos, sin embargo, no hemos parado y seguimos adelante. Hoy, con una serie de movimientos basados en planchas que tendrán como objetivo tonificar y fortalecer todo tu cuerpo. Aquí todo el mundo trabaja. Adelante hermanos, las cámaras son suyas.

    Estructura de la #Rutina

    Structure of the #Routine

    Luego de ejecutar con éxito la fase de calentamiento, con una duración de 3 minutos por ejercicio; nos vamos directo con el primer movimiento central de la rutina. Plancha/Doble apertura/Flexión de codos + Doble apertura. Aquí nos colocamos en pancha con piernas juntas y brazos extendidos. De inmediato a través de saltos, abrimos y cerramos las piernas dos veces. Seguidamente, flexiona los codos pegando los antebrazos del suelo uno delante del otro. Abrimos y cerramos piernas dos veces nuevamente. Extiendes los brazos, repitiendo el movimiento 20 veces en 4 series.

    Segundo movimiento. Escalador en salto afuera/adentro/afuera. Nuevamente nos ubicamos en plancha con piernas juntas. De inmediato y a través de saltos, flexionamos las rodillas llevándolas en cada salto afuera, adentro y afuera al lado opuesto. 20 repeticiones en 4 series.

    Tercera estación. Trote en plancha con toque de pie opuesto. De nuevo en plancha, simplemente de forma rápida, flexionamos las rodillas llevando adentro un pie a la vez para ser tocado por su mano opuesta. Realizar el movimiento de ambos lados en 20 repeticiones por 4 series. Los #deportes solo los disfrutas en #hive y @fulldeportes, y los videos solo en vivo por @threespeak. Abrazos.
