Así es amigos, vamos a un trabajo fabuloso de nuestro núcleo con el objeto de conseguir un abdomen envidiable, además del fortalecimiento del resto de los grupos musculares. No se pierdan de estos movimientos, porque no se trata de ejercicios tradicionales, sino de ejercicios dinámicos y divertidos con combinaciones sumamente extraordinarias. Vente conmigo porque vas a experimentar como siempre, cosas nuevas, no dejes que te lo cuenten. Vamos.

    Por otra parte amigos, me imagino que han notado la diferencia de sonido, y esto es debido a que el receptor del micrófono se rompió, ya que mi teléfono se cayó cuando el dispositivo estaba conectado. Sin embargo, no pierdo la motivación y continúo creando para ustedes. Ya mande a reparar el receptor y si no se puede recuperar, habrá que reponerlo porque de verdad que me ha sido muy útil para las grabaciones de mis rutinas de ejercicios. Seguimos activos.

    Iniciamos el a ritmo de rock, y nos vamos con los ejercicios de calentamiento. Acción obligatoria e imperdible, no la dejen de lado. Calentamiento 1; giro alterno de cadera. Seguimos con el Calentamiento 2; giro progresivo de torso, 3 minutos de cada ejercicio. Si aún sientes que tu cuerpo no está en las condiciones esperadas, calienta un poco más. Recordar tomar descansos de 20 segundos entre ejercicios, y de 1 a 2 minutos entre series; no olvides hidratarte, ya que debemos reponer los fluidos y las sales pérdidas durante la acción. Pendiente mi gente.

    El circuito principal está conformado por 3 estaciones. Estación 1; apertura de piernas en salto + golpes + toque de piso. Muévete, que esto está que arde, 20 repeticiones en 4 series. Estación 2, abdominales campeón. Super dinámico, fuera calorías. 20 repeticiones en 4 series. Estación 3, abdominales imán. Fabuloso. 20 repeticiones en 4 series.
