    Hombros y Abdomen con Disco... Acción Continua. Hoy tenemos una serie de movimientos, como siempre, alejados del aburrimiento. Tenemos ejercicios destinados al desarrollo y fortalecimiento de los hombros y el abdomen, usando como material dos discos de frenos de vehículos; material como siempre digo no es limitante, porque el que quiere puede. Como me gusta trabajar esa parte central, le hemos dado con fuerza porque vale la pena tener un cuerpo estable y en equilibrio. Por otra parte, nuevamente apoyamos el talento #hive usando la música original de @nahupuku, @orimusic, y @drummer96, el pukutrio. Porque en hive la música se siente, vamos todos a apoyarla. Antes de continuar quiero decirles que durante el entrenamiento de hoy, apareció un pequeño gato que estaba un poco perdido, al finalizar la jornada lo tomé de manos para despedirme y buscar a su mama. Sin embargo, al parecer el gato estaba solo y nos quedamos en casa con él. El pequeño gatito tiene su hogar. Ahora si hermanos, vamos a la acción y disfruten de este #video.

We have exercises aimed at developing and strengthening the shoulders and abdomen, using as material two-vehicle brake discs; material as I always say is not limiting, because he who wants can. As I like to work that central part, we have given it strength because it is worth having a stable and balanced body.     Iniciamos con los calentamientos. Acción obligatoria e imperdible, no la dejen pasar. Calentamiento 1; girar el volante. Seguimos con el Calentamiento 2; manos a rodilla elevada en salto, 3 minutos de cada ejercicio. Si aún sientes que tu cuerpo no está en las condiciones esperadas, calienta un poco más. Recordar tomar descansos de 20 segundos entre ejercicios, y de 1 a 2 minutos entre series; no olvides hidratarte, ya que debemos reponer los fluidos y las sales pérdidas durante la acción. De igual manera, jamás olvidar que los glúteos y abdomen deben estar bien contraídos.

    El circuito principal está integrado por 3 estaciones. Estación 1; elevación y apertura de hombros con disco, 20 repeticiones por brazo en 4 series. Estación 2, extensión frontal de hombros. Super dinámico. 20 repeticiones en 4 series. Estación 3, abdominal + extensión y flexión de pierna + apertura de brazos. Fabuloso, abdomen poderoso. 20 repeticiones en 4 series. Nos relajamos con giro alterno de cadera por 3 minutos. Gracias por preferir nuestro canal de @threespeak.     We start with the warm-ups. Mandatory and unmissable action, do not miss it. Warm-up 1; turning the steering wheel. We continue with Warm-up 2; hands to high knee in jump, 3 minutes of each exercise. If you still feel that your body is not in the expected condition, warm up a little more.
