    Trabajo desde Abajo... No es Una Rutina Más. ¡Hey!, un abrazo a todos porque seguimos activos, y continuamos dándole vida y poder a nuestros miembros inferiores. Así es amigos míos, cada movimiento te dará potencia, fortaleza, y total movilidad en tu tren inferior. Piernas, glúteos, abdomen, brazos, tendrán acción directa, no te detengas, porque como siempre podrás experimentar ejercicios diferentes, ejercicios que te ponen a mover. Ya sabes que aquí inicias, y no te detendrás; vamos.

    Iniciamos la fase obligatoria de calentamiento para que tu cuerpo amigo mío, esté apto para la acción venidera. No dejes pasar esta fase, evita lesiones. Acción imperdible. Calentamiento 1; giro de pierna con rodilla elevada. Seguimos con el Calentamiento 2; apertura de brazos + pierna alterna, 3 minutos de cada ejercicio. Si aún sientes que tu cuerpo no está en las condiciones esperadas, calienta un poco más. Recordar tomar descansos de 20 segundos entre ejercicios, y de 1 a 2 minutos entre series; no olvides hidratarte, ya que debemos reponer los fluidos y las sales perdidas durante la acción.

    El circuito principal está conformado por 3 estaciones. Estación 1, plancha con apoyo de antebrazos + pasos laterales + apertura y cierre de piernas en salto, potencia increíble. Acción de locura, 20 repeticiones en 4 series. Estación 2, sentadillas + rodillazos alternos / sentadillas + rodilla a codo opuesto, piernas de hierro. 20 repeticiones en 4 series. Estación 3, patada de glúteo cruzado. Tren inferior de roca. 20 repeticiones por lado en 4 series. Nos relajamos con rodillas al abdomen por 3 minutos.
