    Saludos a todos mis queridos amigos. Hoy estamos con más energía que nunca. El público de niños de hoy no fue mucho, pero si hubo un constante y fuerte viento. En cuanto a la ejecución del día, ésta se basó en golpes de peso, ya que nuevamente utilizamos ambas pesas, estamos emocionados con dicho material, sin embargo no es obligado que ustedes los usen. Pueden utilizar solo sus puños, acompañado del resto de los grupos musculares. Vamos a trabajar con fuerza, velocidad y energía, porque lo que les traigo hoy es pura dinamita. Las cámaras son suyas apreciada familia.

    A calentar se ha dicho amigos con dos ejercicios que pondrán a tono todo tu cuerpo. Acción por 3 minutos en cada movimiento. Nos vamos con los ejercicios centrales. El primero de ellos, golpe frontal en sentadilla + extensión del tren inferior. Aquí nos ubicamos en sentadilla. Flexionamos codos colocando la pesa a nivel del pecho. De inmediato extendiendo los brazos, damos el golpe frontal. Bajamos la pesa al suelo y apoyándonos de ella, extendemos hacia atrás el tren inferior con piernas juntas, para luego dar un salto al frente con piernas separadas. Repetimos en 20 oportunidades por 4 series.

    Segundo movimiento. Tomando las mancuernas nos ubicamos en posición de combate. Rápidamente hacemos una sentadilla. Al subir damos un rodillazo con cada pierna. Luego con cada brazo ejecutamos un golpe de gancho. No olvides girar la cadera. 20 repeticiones en 4 series.

    Tercera estación. Igualmente con las mancuernas en cada mano, nos colocamos en posición de combate. Ahora con cada pierna hacemos la estocada trasera.
