Bad Influence just a the title say is a song the portrays the protagonist in the song Regretting his actions after being Negatively influenced by His Friends,
In the song the writer explain that the protagonist lived a very healthy lifestyle, he enjoys playing his guitar but all this changed when his friends influenced him, now he has has an a health complications like his Liver being damaged due to smoking and drinking.
