We were not allowed to swim and pick seashells for almost two years because of the pandemic. Three months ago, it had been lifted and no wasting time, I enjoyed every weekend. I picked some seashells and cooked.
How To Cook Seadhells With Coconut Milk?
I brushed and cleaned the shells one by one. Wadh with tap water and let them stay overnight to give them chance to remove their waste.
In the following morning, I cooked it with vegetables and coconut milk
Ingredients:
Onions
Ginger
Coconut milk
Moringa leaves
Kangkong
Lemongrass
Patola
Salt to taste
In the casserole, I put all the shells and and add a boiling water. Add all the vegetables and bring to boil , For the last step, add the coconut milk into the boiling seashells and vegetables.
How I missed and I was so happy that once again, I cooked the recipe
Arabs, don't ate it and Filipinos are taking advantage picking them for food.
