Every, we need to eat breakfast and sometimes , we woke up late. No time to cook for your desires breakfast. No choice, we have to cook for a quick easy food and pancake is the best recipe.
2 cups of flour
2 pieces eggs
2 tablespoon milk powder
1 tablespoon oil or butter
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon baking powder
Vanilla (optional)
Water
Mix it with altogether and baking powder will be mix after all ingredients are well mix.
Heat a pan and let it color turn golden brown.
I prefer honey to dip or you salted butter like margarine.
It's your own choice and enjoy eating. You can keep the remaining better in fridge. Then cook it when you get home from your office.
