In the massive list of games I downloaded from Humble was this little title - and late last night I decided to give it a shot.
Here we have a sim/strategy indie title that puts you as a Resistance Fighter in up-and-coming Nazi Germany at the beginning of the war.
It's a slow burn to start. It's a pretty simple game, wherein you pair your little freedom-fighters with missions on a map grid, and after that it basically tells you if you've succeeded or not through a little bit of text.
It's certainly not an action packed game, but it does have a charm to it, and I think it's likely going to be a fun game to slowly play through.
I suspect that it's a game that will get challenging, but repetitive. I'm likely not going to put a ton of time into this one for that reason - but it's certainly not a bad game and I will likely leave it installed to play around with as I get time. Its vaguely similar to games like Papers Please and We Are The Police in some ways, which were both a lot of fun to play.
If you enjoy resource management strategy/simulation games, I think this is one you'll probably enjoy. It's a 3/5 for me, purely because I think it I'll need to provide it more focus and thought than I can give it right now... but once my life slows down a bit I may revise that. It'll never be a 5/5 for me I don't think, but it may be a solid 4 once I have space to dedicate to it. We'll see!
