    About :

Spring is a time of vibrant new life, as nature awakens from its winter slumber. After the snow melts and the sun begins to peek out more often, many plants begin to bloom in all their glory.

In this video I take a look at some of these beautiful springtime plants, what they look like and how they can be used by us humans.

As a friendly reminder, it's important to remember when harvesting any plant from the wild (edible OR not) always do so responsibly; only taking what you need so others may enjoy them too!

Spring brings with it an abundance of opportunities when it comes to natural medicine - just open your eyes wide enough and see all the possibilities around you every day!
