Stumbling Cop Asks For "Professional Courtesy" Eventually Gets Out of DUI

Rules for thee but not for me

A subscriber sent me a link to this story and I made sure to catch it when it aired live on the 11 pm broadcast from WTVR in Virginia. In this case the judge actually made an excuse for the officer stumbling during the field sobriety test. The off duty officer used his inside knowledge of policy to prolong any tests that could be used as evidence against him. By the time tests could be administered it they would have been useless. Because of policy almost the entire field sobriety test was not caught on cam. A couple of stumbles by the off duty officer that the judge justified was the only tangible evidence the state had against this suspect order follower. Please Upvote, Reblog and Follow!
