I was on my way home from a Friday night meeting discussing liberty with some like minded folks when I passed by this Washington State Patrol field office in Spokane Valley, WA. I noticed all of the cars in the parking lot were unmarked patrol cars which are unlawful in Washington state when being used for traffic enforcement.
