    About :

    NOW IN ENGLISH.

This was the first game I saw when I started playing chess and I was so excited that I watched it over and over again because of the magnificent combination that Mr. Frank Marshall played with black pieces against Stephan Levitsky.

Golden Rule for any Chess player.

    1.png

As I mentioned at the beginning Marshall carries the black pieces and I must say that he was one of the top players in the chess hierarchy in the mid 1800's but he lacked deep tactics and complex moves but he was certainly a master of trickery and this game shows what his talent was all about.
Well, it is a golden rule for everyone who plays chess to take care of the King and above all the Queen, Levitsky has just played Tc5 attacking Marshall's Queen which is on c3 and we are going to pause. Any other player at first instance would perhaps have opted to move his Queen to any other square, but the beauty of it all is that Marshall was not just any player and look what he does.

He moves his Queen away from the attack of the white Rook and takes it to g3 where it can be captured in three different ways, since in any capture White makes Black gives checkmate.

**Can you leave in the comments what you think is the combination that gives Marshall the win?
