    About :

Known as "The Ogre " due to his bad temper and his merciless game Gari Kasparov is by many the best player in history but even he recognizes that there were better than him, during his chess career he harvested great achievements including the world championship for about 15 years. He was a student of Mijail Botvinnic also world champion, he was an admirer of the surgical sacrifices of Mijail Tal and that was one of his bases and in the game that I show you today he puts into practice what he learned since he sacrifices his queen, two rooks and a knight and manages to crown a pawn that leads him to a clear and advantageous position.

It is in this position where the beauty of this game begins, played in 1994 against Vladimir Kramnick who years later would snatch the title from Kasparov, the first thing to note is that the position is quite tough for both as both have their pieces very active but a deep analysis of Kasparov would allow him to keep the victory, I invite you to watch the video and discover the glorious combination of this Grandmaster.
