Difficulties part of painting

Digital Painting is not easy
artwork. If you have no feeling in
painting, the pic you drawing
come out poor qulity. The painter
have to put full attention into the
art what he want to draw. **My
difficulties part of Nora painting is
his hair, eye and filling the colour
of light and dark. My painting is
not perfect but look good right?
