    Good Noon Everyone!

I would like to share the Beef Curry recipes with you! I am trying to upload this second time as the first time by mistake I refresh and there is no draft preview left for me, so writing this again!

Let me start with the ingredients required for the curry:

    1. Well washed and drained beef one 1kg
    2. 100ml of oil (vegetable/ olive oil good for health)
    3. 3 Pieces minced onion
    4. Cardamom, Bay Leaves, and Cinnamon Sticks 3-4 pieces
    5. Pinch of fenugreek seeds (if you love the flavored)
    6. Blended Ginger (2 tsp), Garlic (3 tsp)
    7. Salt 2 tsp or as required
    8. Curry powder 2 tsp (if you live but, could be cooked without it)
    9. Cumin and Red Chili powder 1 tsp each
    10. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
    11. Water as required
    12. After cooking, fresh coriander could be added to the top

Although I have made the video in detail still, let me explain the process. After making the oil warm enough I put the Cardamom, Bay Leaves, and Cinnamon Sticks on the oil and let them fry about a minute, then the minced onion put to the frypan and let it fry, and soft while put the salt as required. Mix a bit of warm water so that the mix cannot be stacked with the frypan.

After watching the onion looks soft and brownish (not complete fry) I put all other ingredients except the meat and Turmeric powder. Letting the mix looks like meat soup and fry them well, then put all the meat, and mix them and along with them.

Soon, a little water would come out from the meat and let it come out and mix more warm water afterward to boil the meat. As much water, that much soup but I like “Bhuna Kind” less soup.

Soon, it will be boiled and you would get the smell! If you like less soup with the meat, keep the burner low and let the water goes away.

That is it. We had them and my wife says delicious. It looks oily as I love the Rib and the Fat part cooked together. If you do not like Beef Fat, you could avoid them and the curry will look more solid instead of oily.
