Red-vented Bulbul and the cold winter!

It is cold outside and I was about to finish my dinner, and my wife screamed suddenly and told me a bird somehow came to our kitchen and it cannot go out as the window it cannot found although it is open. It was just flying one side to another side of the ceiling of the kitchen. It is just a “Red-vented Bulbul” which is somehow come to the kitchen and not finding its way out.

It is too cold outside and it might be finding a warm place and stuck in my kitchen. I have tried about an hour to catch it and make it free. Did not know what to do with it!

Should I take to my balcony and make it free or should I kept it in a cage (?) or leave it as it was in my kitchen! However, I feed it some water and rice; took it to the balcony, and just open my hand to make it free!

Surprisingly it did not want to go for about five seconds it just stands on my palm of my right hand and then it just flew back to my dining room instead of flying to the open air!

Then I totally understood it is cold which it could not take anymore. Therefore, I kept the long slider door open the whole night and kept the biggest LED light on so that it could stay close to the light and make itself warm. I hope that I would not find it here anymore. I kept my bedroom door close so that accidentally it will not come in.

I have a love for natural things by born, at my village home, we got thousands of trees and birds freely move and make a nest there. My parents feed them and, we never herm them. Actually, they have very few places to stay, and several kinds of them extinct now.

It is high time to take care of nature and we should work for the generation next.
